Ellie Draws Food: Cucumber Kimchi
From an ongoing series of food illustrations, depicting some of my favourite recipes. This is the almost-instant cucumber kimchi from Our Korean Kitchen and it’s my absolute favourite thing to do with a sad-looking leftover cucumber. The whole book is great and a really helpful primer to start cooking Korean food at home.
